About Samarthya Society
A Hyderabad-based NGO built on one belief — a degree shouldn't be where opportunity ends.
We started with one question:
why are capable graduates unemployed?
Every year, thousands of graduates in Hyderabad complete their degrees and then wait. Wait for interviews, wait for a chance, wait for someone to give them a shot.
Samarthya Society was born to turn that wait into action. We are a newly registered NGO built by people who understand both the frustration of being underemployed and the power of the right skill at the right time.
Our mission is simple: provide high-quality, free computer training to graduates who are serious about building a tech career in a real classroom, with real mentors, and a curriculum built around what employers actually hire for.
Our mission & values
Merit over background
We don't ask where you're from, which college you attended, or what your family does. We ask one thing: are you ready to learn?
Quality over quantity
Small batches. Focused training. Real outcomes. We'd rather train 20 students well than 200 students poorly.
Accountability
The admission test is not a barrier — it is a mutual commitment. We invest our expertise in you; we ask you to invest your time and effort in return.
Openness
Our doors are open to every graduate. No discrimination, ever. Future programs will specifically expand access for rural and first-generation college graduates.
We are just getting started.
Right now, we are focused on doing one thing well: giving motivated graduates the skills they need to land that first job. In the future, we plan to add placement support, specialised programs for first-generation and rural graduates, and more course tracks.
But today, the best thing you can do is apply and the best thing we can do is train you well.
